I had to do an introduction for my Web Design class so here goes. Heyo. I don't like using my real name on websites and stuff, so I use my pseudonym - Expi, or Expi Feliton, or ExpitheCat. This was a character I created in 2016, and have basically used for my internet identity. Here's a full picture of her if you want to see: So, anyway, I'm a furry who enjoys drawing, writing, cartoons, computers and video games (the latter of which you can probably tell from my previous blog posts). My favorite video games of all time include of Overwatch, Undertale, Night in the Woods, Super Mario World, Sonic Generations and Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, and I play most on the PC, Nintendo Switch and Wii U, although I have more consoles than that. I'm considering going into Web Design, Graphic Design and/or Animation as a career, but I still haven't completely decided (at least on any particular one). Anyway, I hope you enjoy reading this blog lol

Sonic the Hedgehog (1991) Review - Humble Beginnings (Sonic Retrospective Series Part 1)

As you may know by now, with all the reviews of the games I’ve done, I am a big fan of the Sonic franchise. It’s potentially my favorite video game series out there, and one I’ve been playing since I was a kid. But after I got a DS, I got Sonic Classic Collection, and that introduced me to the rest of the classic games and were ones that I found myself playing through over and over again. I’d probably say that I fit in with the younger generation of Sonic fans, as I became active in the Sonic community in the early 2010’s and in general I grew up most with games like, again, Classic Collection as well as Sonic Colors and Sonic 4 while also making my way backwards with games like Sonic CD, Adventure 1 and Heroes here and there. Sonic Generations ended up being the game that ultimately got

NES Classic Edition Review

The Nintendo Entertainment System, to this day, is probably the only Nintendo console I do not personally own or have experience with. I’m not counting stuff like the Virtual Boy or Pokemon Mini (or, really, any of the handhelds here), but just to get to the point, the NES was just not a system I ever added to my collection for one reason or another, even after making considerations. I have played various NES games through different re-releases such as those on the 3DS and Wii Virtual Console, but I’ve never owned the original system myself, nor do I have any memory of playing it. There will probably be a day where I do obtain one, but for a variety of reasons, ranging from the aging hardware, having too many consoles as it is, the cost of the system and it’s games and being able to play it’s best titles on newer hardware I ultimately just have not gotten around to picking up one for myself. And with the nostalgia for the original NES, there definitely is a market of people who w
